Kimberly Hall, LMT #6786
Licensed Massage Therapist

Kimberly Hall is a graduate of the Ashland Institute of Massage and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

After graduating she opened her own practice and went on to assist teaching Polarity Therapy and Hydrotherapy at AIM. Her interest in bodywork began at the Polarity Institute in the San Juan Islands of Washington where she was introduced to the profound work of Dr. Stone who incorporated eastern and western techniques to bring balance to the whole person… mind, body and soul.

In recognizing the expanded makeup of her clients she has cultivated a strong intuitive and energetic sense that adds to her bodywork with the aim of relieving pain and tension and bringing about deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

The modalities mostly used in her sessions include Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Cranio-sacral, Trager, Relexology and Polarity, which is similar to acupressure. She enjoys creating a warm, relaxing environment to assist her clients on their path to wellness, trusting the body’s innate wisdom to heal.

In addition to her own practice, for the past 5 years she has also been a member of the Providence Hospice team offering massage to those in the last stages of life. Her work in this realm has added to her compassion, sensitivity and joy in appreciating each person’s journey.

In addition to massage, some of Kimberly’s other interests include singing, hiking, camping, travel, beadwork and exploring nature. She has lived in Ashland since 1990 with her husband and where they raised their children here in this beautiful valley.
