Home and Office Diagnosis: If the skin on our bodies is our first layer of protection from a polluted environment and our clothes is the second, the living space we spend the majority of our day in is our third. Do you exercise regularly, feed your body healthy foods and nutrients, and dress in clothes that are free of pesticides and strong fragrances? If you are doing all this, the next question is how often do you think about the health of your home and office?
James Haim, a Certified Building Biology Environmental Consultant, can diagnose the health of your indoor space or consult with you on the construction of a new space or remodel.

Bedroom Sanctuary Survey:
The bedroom is the most important room in the house. Not only do you spend the majority of your time in it, but your body does the majority of its healing while you sleep. During this sleep state the body is also more vulnerable to external pollutants. The Bedroom Sanctuary Survey includes tests for combustible gasses, CO2, moisture, formaldehyde when appropriate, and all electrical fields including A/C Magnetic, A/C Electric, D/C Magnetic, and High Frequency EMF. Also included is an assessment of the floor coverings, mattress, bedding, and heating and cooling systems. The bathroom closest to the bedroom is also included in this survey. Report and follow-up explanation included.

Whole Home Survey:
This survey includes all the testing done during a Bedroom Sanctuary Survey in your whole home, plus a test of combustible gasses on all gas appliances. In addition you will get a detailed inspection of the exterior of your home and yard, as well as your attic and crawl space, if applicable. A visual inspection for mold and moisture conditions will be conducted and actual mold sampling can be done for an additional fee. Report and follow-up explanation included.
