Oona J. Meade is a liscensed esthetician; she received her certification in esthetics at the Imani School of Aesthetics while teaching makeup at the Imani school in Ashland, OR.

Oona has had a career in the beauty/wellness industry for over two decades and is excited to be offering her services in a space which honors her personal journey with selfcare.  Oona has developed her own line of skincare products, which are cutting-edge in the skincare movement. Komboona is a kombucha based skincare product, leading the organic skincare movement in "probiotics for your face."

Oona's specialty offerings are facials with intentions made by the client, bringing through the ever growing conciousness of the mind/body connection in personal creation.  By repeating the intention back to the client and bearing witness while placing hot rocks on the heart, solar plexus, and sacral chakras, the client and practitioner bring intentons into being. 

 

Oona also offers waxing, lash and brow tinting, body scrubs and detoxifying peat baths.

 

In 2004, Oona moved to Ashland, OR to work with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in the Hair and Makeup deptarment.  She continues to be involved with the festival through SOU, teaching theatre makeup to youth.  She and her three beautiful daughters, known as "the ladies," are Ashlantis residents. Oona sings with the Rogue World Ensemble, spends time with her family, and is focused on her path to self evolution.
