Helen M. Mahoney is a Colon Therapist with 10 years of experience in cleansing, detoxification, and natural healing for wellness. Her passion for healthcare comes from her own experience with the healing powers of colon hydrotherapy and balanced nutrition. She has seen firsthand the amazing effects that colon hydrotherapy and detoxification can have on allergies, back and joint pain, hormonal imbalances, metabolism and sugar issues, and irritable bowels. She has made it her mission, both professionally and personally, to teach others that optimum health is attainable.

Helen’s path with colon hydrotherapy and natural healing began in 2000. She worked alongside an expert colon therapist in Santa Barbara for several years, learning the importance of bowel cleansing. Simultaneously, Helen assisted a naturopath and chiropractor in his busy practice. She saw clients with an array of diseases, including autism, Parkinson’s, severe allergies, and hormone dysfunction. Helen witnessed the powerful effects of homeopathy, herbs, body alignment, and nutrition. She also attended the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute in 2002 and was trained in Swedish Massage and Polarity Therapy. In 2006 Helen was further trained in colon hydrotherapy at the Institute for Life Extension in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Helen believes that the body knows how to heal itself. She believes that cleansing the body is foundational to health, as it gives the body strength to heal existing disease or to prevent future illness.
