Kimberly has been a licensed massage therapist at Hidden Springs Wellness Center since its opening in 2000. In addition, she also works with participants in the Seasonal Cleanse classes helping them to sculpt individual programs to fit their health needs and goals.

Her interest in holistic healing began shortly after graduating from Indiana University with a BA in Psychology. With many questions answered regarding the workings of the mind she became interested in the broader connection of mind, body and spirit. From this place she was drawn to the study of Polarity Therapy as developed by Dr. Stone. In her eight years as a staff member of the Polarity Institute she gained experience in body work, awareness counseling, cleansing practices, and introspection. All of these have contributed to her sense of presence during her sessions. She has also taught Polarity Therapy at the Ashland Institute of Massage school for the past five years.

She and her family have lived in Ashland since 1990 and throughout this time she has pursued her interest in music as a member of performance groups in conga drumming, marimba and various choirs. In a massage session with her, you just may experience some rhythmic tapotement or joyful humming!
